Quality & Certificates
Multi-stage control at every step — from incoming raw material inspection to 100% finished goods review. We provide a complete document package for customs clearance and retail chain requirements.
Three Stages of Quality Control
Control is built into the production process — at the input, in-process, and at the output. No shipment leaves without passing all three stages.
Stage 1 — Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of granules, sheets, and auxiliary materials is checked against key parameters: density, geometry, color matching, absence of foreign inclusions, and odor. Materials that fail inspection are returned to the supplier.
Stage 2 — In-Process Inspection
Inspectors check products at key process transitions: after cutting, after forming, after logo application. Deviations in geometry, color, or coating are caught before packaging — not after.
Stage 3 — 100% Final Inspection
Every item is visually inspected before packaging: geometry, edge integrity, logo sharpness, and fasteners. Thickness and dimensions are measured on a random sample basis. Results are recorded in a quality control report.
Third-Party Inspection
On buyer request, we facilitate independent inspection by accredited firms: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek. Full access to the shipment and documentation — no restrictions.
Control Parameters
Standard metrics for serial production
Types of Product Testing
Mats undergo standard testing to verify declared characteristics. Test reports are provided on request.
Abrasion Resistance
Taber abrasion test — number of cycles to visible surface damage. Validates the declared service life.
Flammability
Horizontal flame spread test per FMVSS 302 / ISO 3795 — mandatory for automotive interior materials.
Moisture Resistance
Exposure to water, automotive fluids, and road chemicals: deformation, color change, and joint strength are evaluated.
Thermal Resistance
Cyclic temperature exposure from −40°C to +80°C. Geometry retention, elasticity, and absence of cracking are verified.
Chemical Safety
Analysis for phthalates, heavy metals, and formaldehyde. Emission levels comply with automotive interior standards.
Fastener Retention
Pull-out and retention force test on clips, studs, and backing — validates the mat's anchoring reliability to the vehicle floor.
Document Package for Buyers
We provide a complete set of accompanying documents for customs clearance, incoming goods inspection, and retail chain requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions About Quality & Certificates
What certificates do you provide for your products?
We provide conformity certificates, test reports for abrasion resistance, flammability, and chemical resistance, as well as conformity declarations for various destination markets. The document set depends on the material type and target market requirements.
Can we arrange an independent pre-shipment inspection?
Yes, we support third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and other accredited organizations. The buyer arranges the inspection; we provide full access to the shipment and documentation.
Do your products meet automotive interior safety requirements?
Yes. All materials used — EVA, rubber, carpet, polyurethane — are tested for harmful substances (phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde). Emission levels comply with automotive interior standards.
What documents are required for marketplace listings?
Requirements vary by marketplace and country. We can prepare the relevant conformity document for your specific platform — please let us know the marketplace and destination country when requesting the document package.

Car Mat Quality Certificates — Documentation for Import & Retail Chains
Car mat certificates are a mandatory requirement when working with retail chains, marketplaces, and customs clearance. CarMats Supplier provides a complete documentation package: from laboratory test reports to conformity declarations and documents for the European market.
Car Mat Quality Control — Three Inspection Levels
The quality control system includes incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks at key production transitions, and a 100% final inspection of every item before packaging. This eliminates defects at the output rather than addressing complaints after the buyer receives the goods.
Car Mat Conformity Declarations
For import into EAEU countries and other markets, we prepare conformity declarations for all product types. For marketplace listings we can prepare the relevant conformity document tailored to the specific platform's requirements.
Test Reports & Independent Inspection
We provide test reports for flammability (FMVSS 302), abrasion resistance (Taber), moisture resistance, and chemical safety. On request, we facilitate independent pre-shipment inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek.
