Car Mat Production — Full Cycle
From mold design to shipping the finished batch — every stage happens at our own facility. We control material quality, product geometry and packaging without outsourcing.
Stages of the Production Process
Every order goes through eight sequential stages — from mold approval to final inspection of the finished batch before shipment.
Design and Molds
A precise mold is developed for each make and model. Our database holds 500+ ready-made molds. For new models, we take measurements or a 3D scan.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of pellets or sheets is checked for density, geometry, color match and freedom from foreign particles.
Cutting and Molding
CNC cutting to the mold. For EVA and rubber — injection molding or hot pressing, depending on shape and thickness.
Texture Application
Embossing, perforation, or a shaped relief pattern applied during production. For EVA — honeycomb, diamond and other surface textures.
Coloring and Finishing
Color is set during compound mixing, not surface painting — this ensures resistance to abrasion and temperature swings.
Edge and Fastener Assembly
Raised edges are welded or bonded depending on the technology. Studs, clips and backings are tested for holding strength.
OEM Logo Application
The logo is embossed or printed onto the finished product. We check sharpness, abrasion resistance, and match to the customer's design file.
Inspection and Packaging
100% visual inspection of every item. Spot measurements and fastener testing. Packed into individual and shipping boxes.
Production Capabilities
Technical parameters that directly affect the timeline, volume and flexibility of your order.
CNC Cutting
Automated cutting delivers ±1 mm contour precision — the mat's geometry matches the mold with no manual adjustment.
Injection Molding
Press molding for rubber and EVA mats guarantees uniform density and consistent thickness across the entire product.
500+ Molds in Our Database
Ready-made molds for most popular makes and models — saves time and lowers the cost of your first batch.
Parallel Production
Several lines run at once — a mixed order of EVA, rubber and carpet mats can ship in a single batch.
Closed-Loop Quality Control
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks and 100% final product inspection — without outsourcing to third-party facilities.

Materials We Work With
Five technology lines for different market segments — from mass-market EVA to premium polyurethane fit.
EVA
Foamed polymer. Lightweight, moisture-resistant, wide color palette. The most popular material in the mid-price segment.
Learn moreRubber
High strength and wear resistance. For commercial vehicles and heavier-use segments. Heavier than EVA, but more durable.
Learn moreCarpet
Cut-pile or loop-pile carpet on a non-slip backing. Attractive look, sound absorption — for comfort-class and premium vehicles.
Learn morePolyurethane (PU)
Precise 3D/5D fit, rigid raised edges, long service life. Premium segment — for buyers focused on above-average quality.
Learn moreTPE
Thermoplastic elastomer. An eco-friendly rubber alternative, odor-free, recyclable — for environmentally conscious brands.
Learn moreOEM / Custom
A combination of materials, custom Pantone colors, signature textures — developed to your specification.

Frequently Asked Questions About Production
How long does it take to produce a batch?
A standard batch takes 15–20 business days from order confirmation and payment. For complex OEM orders with non-standard specifications, 25–30 days. The timeline is always set out in the contract.
Can I visit the production facility?
Yes, we welcome visits from wholesale clients and their representatives. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas and others) before shipment is also available.
How do you ensure the product matches the sample?
Before starting full production, we agree on a Pre-Production Sample. The production run is then checked against that sample for dimensions, color and material properties.
Do you have molds for less common car makes?
Our database holds more than 500 molds for popular makes. For non-standard or new models, we develop a mold from a customer sample or 3D cabin scan — development takes 7–10 days.
